I am a First-Generation Latina and Licensed Social Worker turned Career Coach. My journey from recent graduate to seasoned professional wasn’t easy. After graduation, I felt lost and struggled to find job opportunities aligned with my career goals. Battling insecurities and imposter syndrome, I realized that my title did not define my identity.

I specialize in staff professional development training, career coaching, and career development workshops.
