I am a First-Generation Latina, Licensed Social Worker turned Career Coach.

I'm on a mission to support the next generation of leaders. I want to empower students, social workers and emerging professionals to believe, succeed, and conquer their career aspirations.

My road from recent graduate to seasoned social worker was not an easy one. I still remember how lost I felt after graduation, wasting so much time and energy in my job search because I didn’t know how to find the right opportunities that were aligned with my overall career goals. I didn’t know how to market myself effectively or build my personal brand.

I was constantly battling with insecurities, limiting beliefs, and imposter syndrome due to not being able to pass my licensure exam after multiple attempts. I was allowing a mere title to dictate and shape my sense of identity.
