As a first-generation college graduate, Harleny has firsthand experience navigating the challenges students encounter on their journey from academia to the professional world. Her expertise extends beyond student-focused initiatives; she specializes in providing professional development training to support staff members in achieving career success.

This year, she had the honor of speaking at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute and the EOFPANJ conference. Harleny has partnered closely with Arizona State University and Fordham University to support the class of 2024, as well as various EOF/TRIO programs nationwide.

Understanding the limitations of traditional college programs and nonprofit organizations, Harleny is dedicated to bridging the gap by offering personalized resources and preparation tailored not only for students but also for staff members. Our collective goal is to ensure that both students and staff feel equipped with the necessary tools to thrive in their respective roles and advance successful professional careers.

Through a series of (5) 60-minute workshops, we dive deeper into our framework, allowing for greater opportunities for growth and support as participants build the foundational components necessary to take their career to the next level, whether they are just starting out as a freshman, graduating as a senior or even as an emerging professional in the workplace.

90-Minute or 2-Hour Professional Development for Staff:

Our professional development training works directly with staff, focusing on ways to learn new strategies and techniques for their own career growth. Staff leave feeling more empowered and connected to optimize their professional success.

Additionally, we offer Train the Trainer sessions for higher education professionals, equipping them with essential career foundations to help prepare students for entering and navigating the job market.

Student Career Coaching Sessions:

Our virtual 1-hour career coaching sessions are designed to empower students as they prepare to enter the job market. Our sessions cover essential career foundations such as resume revision, overcoming impostor syndrome, developing effective job search strategies, mastering interview preparation, and negotiating salary expectations.
